Sunday Mornin' Breakfast

I tried another recipe from the Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook this morning called Caledon Baked Oatmeal. It was oh so delicious and super simple to make! I substituted the milk for rice milk and omitted the almonds. Here's the recipe and finished product!

  2. It was soooo good! The leftovers were great for a quick breakfast during the week :) I think I'll make it again this weekend.
